Exciting News!!!! 'Breath & Create' is returning to YOGAFEST this year. A beautiful collaborative workshop with Orla from Orla O Visual, and Catherine from Breath Space Cork. Workshop will be held on Sun 14th Sept 11am - 12.30pm. You will need to hold a weekend or day ticket to YOGAFEST to access the Festival and workshops. "We’re thrilled to share that our beloved collaborative workshop will once again be part of the YOGAFEST line-up. 'Breath & Create' will be co-hosted by the wonderful Catherine Drake of Breath Space Cork—a Breathwork Facilitator, Yoga Instructor, Reiki Practitioner, Corporate Wellness Speaker, and Wellbeing Manager with over 20 years' experience in healthcare and 12 years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist specialising in Neuroscience. Together, we’ll guide you through a deeply nourishing journey of creativity and connection. The workshop begins with gentle breathwork, mindful movement, intention setting, and mantra meditation to awaken your inner creative energy. You'll be invited to cultivate and embody your personal mantra through this process. Then, led by Orla, you’ll transform your chosen words into your own handcrafted "Words in porcelain" - an expression of meaning made tangible, with your words immortalised forever in Porcelain. This is more than a workshop—it’s an experience that bridges breath, mindfulness, and art. A space to connect with your essence and create something truly personal. Come with an open mind to enhance the creativity process.
