It's difficult to slow down or quiet our mind when it has been our default mode our entire life.
Quietening your mind through meditation leaves you calm, level headed and at ease. Make time to practice being still. Go inward and slowdown. It will be interesting what your innate and intrinsic wisdom is trying to tell you.
Today, take an extra moment to pause, to ask, to listen and to honour your inner wisdom. That little voice inside you that knows what you need, knows who you are, knows what to do, knows the truth.
