Slow down... Let's stop telling each other just how busy we are. It's not an attractive trait any longer. Everything appears to be important, but it's your choice, at the end of the day, to decide what is really important.
It's very difficult to teach yourself to slow down. I have learned out of necessity how to accept slowing down, and to simply pause when I need it. We all need it. We all need it because we live in an age of distraction, an age of constant movement, an age where exhaustion is common place.
When you can assume a slow down approach to life, to calm your mind and be safe in the knowledge that life will happen regardless, then you are succeeding...Then you are in control...Then you have your life back!
